The City of Albany has declared it is well prepared to implement any relevant changes before this year’s ordinary election after Local Government reforms were passed through State Parliament last week.
Local governments will need to implement the first tranche of reforms outlined in the Local Government Amendment Bill by the ordinary election in October.
