Victoria has recorded 11 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases.
All are linked to known outbreaks, but only one of those new cases was in quarantine while infectious.
They were detected from 38,987 test results processed on Sunday.
The Joan Kirner Women's and Children's Hospital at St Albans is among the latest exposure sites linked to the state's Delta outbreak.
Western Health's executive director of operations Natasha Toohey said in a statement a patient who visited the hospital last Friday had tested positive and contact tracing efforts were underway.
The maternity assessment centre on level three of the building has been listed as a tier 1 exposure site between 8:15am and 2:45pm on Friday.
The pathology service and cafe are also listed as exposure sites for different time periods between 9:00am and 10:00am.
Anyone who was at the hospital between 8:15am and 2:45pm on Friday is urged to be highly vigilant for symptoms and get tested if any emerge.
Renewed push for younger Victorians to get AstraZeneca
There were 17,101 vaccine doses administered at state-run sites on Sunday, as the state government ramped up efforts to get the population vaccinated.
Premier Daniel Andrews said the rollout, which adds to existing GP clinic access to the vaccine, would be expanded to more mass vaccination hubs in the future.
Victoria's Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton encouraged Victorians aged 18-39 to consider the vaccine.
"The best vaccine to get is the one that's available to you today," Professor Sutton said on Sunday.
"I'd say to any person between 18 and 39 considering getting vaccinated with AstraZeneca, speak to your GP, understand those really, really remote risks and make that informed decision.
"I'm a 52-year-old bloke, if I were 25 and AstraZeneca was the only vaccine available to me today, I would get it."
