Victoria has recorded no new local coronavirus cases as the state plans to ease restrictions again from Friday, ahead of the school holidays.
It's the sixth consecutive day the state has recorded one or fewer new local cases, and no new exposure sites have been listed since last Wednesday.
There were 13,176 test results processed on Monday, and 15,339 vaccine doses delivered at state-run sites.
On Monday, COVID-19 response commander Jeroen Weimar said he was keen to see testing figures through winter of around 20,000 on weekdays and 16,000 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Calls for new laws on access to QR data
The Victorian opposition has urged the state government to strengthen laws to ensure QR code check-in data is only used by public health authorities.
Yesterday, Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton told the Budget Estimates Committee that Victoria Police tried three times last year to access QR data from the health department, but was refused.
Victoria Police can apply for a warrant through the courts to access the data.
Acting Police Minister Danny Pearson said he would be reluctant to change the law to prevent that, as the data could be used to prevent serious crimes, such as terrorist attacks.
"Or for example let's suppose a check-in could convict a criminal, I think that the idea of introducing legislation to prevent that occurring would lead to a poor public policy outcome," he said.
But Shadow Police Minister David Southwick said the data should not be used for law enforcement.
"We need more people to be using [QR check-in] and we need people to have faith in that system going forward and if the government now won't guarantee that that system won' t be used for other purposes then it makes the whole system vulnerable."
